Dapto Draught Our standard lager that we've taken the liberty of tweaking. Brewed with the finest pilsner malt, and a late addition of Hallertau and Saaz hops for flavour and aroma. This beer has a crisp clean palate, with a low easy bitterness, pale golden in colour, with a crisp mellow finish.

South Peach Our summer fruit beer selection. A classic infusion of wheat beer and peaches produces this sweet, yet refreshing summer beer. Modelled off a Belgian Peche, the South Peach starts sweet and peachy, and finishes dry and slightly tart.

Snowboard - Hefeweizen - An unfiltered German styled wheat beer, the Snowboard is a dry, flowery, and easy drinking addition to our Winter Seasonal range of beers. Brewed with a grist consisting of 60% wheat malt and 40% pilsner malt, this brew exhibits a slight clovey spiciness, and a crisp finish, with very little hop bitterness. A smooth, delicate, and appetizing beer. - 4.6% abv

Bulli Black - A dark ale in the “Old” style brewed with chocolate and roasted malts, resulting in a medium bodied sweetish beer with hints of coffee. 4.6%

Porter Kembla - Porters are an English Style of ale believed to have originated in the London docklands, and are named after the porters who liberally imbibed in their ale. Our Porter Kembla is brewed with honey and a small percentage of Rauchmalz malt. A very strong flavoured dark ale it has hints of roasted malts and a lingering honey side to the beer.5.0%

Longboard - Our Belgian style "Wit" beer, consisting of 50% wheat malt, with the late addition of orange peel and coriander added into the final brew, producing a citrus characteristic. The Longboard is naturally cloudy due to it being unfiltered. The Belgians describe their Wit Beers as 'Summer Beers', and traditionally serve them with a slice of lemon. 5.0%. Lighthouse Light - Our “Clayton's” light beer, it doesn't look like a light beer or taste like a light beer, it is a lite beer with flavour!!! Perfect if you have to drive. 2.5%

Parkyns Shark Oil - Named after the only inhabitant of the Five Islands, who caught sharks to produce shark oil. Our Shark Oil is a traditional Indian Pale Ale, with wonderful hop and bitterness characteristics, producing a refreshing ale. 4.7%

Pig Dog Pilsner - An old nick name of the owner Michael Bolt (don't ask!) has been coupled with a classic Pilsner. Using a single Pilsner malt, Czech Saaz Hops and a specially imported Czech Pils Yeast producing a dry classic European Lager.
